Lethtendris is a level 57 elite blood elf warlock mini-boss who has set up a lair in Eastern Dire Maul. She is accompanied by her imp Pimgib. She has created Lethtendris' Web, a device which slowly absorbs the corrupted energies of the dungeon for her own purposes. She is also a solo/duoable boss. See Stealth Run.
