The Mount of Olives was a mountain ridge in east Jerusalem where Jesus set foot upon at His second coming in the book "Glorious Appearing", causing it to split into a valley that ran from east to west, creating what would be called the Valley of Jehoshaphat, in accordance to Zechariah 14:4. The Mount of Olives is notable for also being the place where Jesus ascended into heaven at least 10 days before Pentecost.
