Venus Ostrovsky is the primary antagonist of The ACS: Art of War, and the princess of the fictional Middle Eastern country Tukloria. A pompous adolescent, Venus wishes to usher the world into a New World Order led exclusively by herself and her family. She is voiced by Dakota Fanning and created by KM.
