Ujina Goro was a courtier of the Hare Clan who was mocked in the Court by Daidoji Hideaki. The Crane was addicted to Liquid Void, and Goro took advantage of his compulsion. He goaded Hideaki to an improptu duel, crippling his right arm with a knife. Hideaki was so drunk that he never had an opportunity to defend himself.
