Nechama Rabin was a female Human of Israeli descent in the 23rd century. She served as a Starfleet officer in her early adulthood, and as of 2247, was commanding officer of the USS Farragut, holding the rank of captain. Circa 2230, Rabin had a son, David, who as a teenager also lived aboard the Farragut.
