Lord Aganar is the mayor of Moonglow in Ultima VI. The Avatar found Aganar to be a noble man who was proud to be administrating Moonglow. Lord Aganar was happy to tell the Avatar about Moonglow, and seemed quite knowledgeable about the Shrine of Honesty. Lord Aganar informed the Avatar that he had given the rune of honesty to Penumbra's former husband Beyvin for safekeeping. Oddly, he didn't seem to know anything about Beyvin's recent demise. Lord Aganar seemed considerably more informed about the Blue Bottle Tavern, and was quick to recommend it to the Avatar.
