The Singapore Computer Emergency Response Team (SingCERT) was established in 1997 as a one-stop centre for security incident response in Singapore. It facilitates the detection, resolution and prevention of security-related incidents on the Internet. Recently SingCERT signed an [1] with Indian CERT for exchanging cybersecurity information.
