After you have been married for a season or so, if you have kept your spouse's Love Points above 60,000 for 30 days, your wife (or yourself if you're playing Cute) may wake up one morning feeling sick. The two of you will head to the clinic were you discover that you're about to become parents. It will take another 60 days before the baby is born.
