The Ghost Post was part of the original Ghostbusters equipment which they carried with them in their Ghost Pack. It's appearance was similar to a traffic light. Jake Kong Sr. wanted to use the Ghost Post against one of Slort's Troll slaves, but was stopped by young Willy who explained that the troll was actually his enchanted Uncle Dougall.
