After forming the needed hand signals, the user creates a sphere of water that floats in midair nearby. When the need finally arises, the user channels their chakra into the sphere and they punch towards their target. Once the initial blow lands, the sphere forms into a large fist and the fist slams into the target with far greater force than the first punch. The attack is powerful enough to break bones and send the target reeling meters away. Taro Hyūga can use the same technique, but it only differs as in he uses a palm shape instead of a fist.
