Pernon Obahr was a male Bajoran who lived in the 24th century. Pernon was a member of the Bajoran Resistance, where he first met and became friends with Kira Nerys. After the Occupation ended, Pernon became an administrator in the city of Karvis. In 2372, Pernon contacted Kira to seek her help in obtaining Cardassian power cells for the pumps that were keeping Karvis from being flooded by the Teejan River. Pernon had attempted to purchase the power cells from Fel Jangor, but the Retizian was charging a large amount of money for them. (DS9 novel: Saratoga)
