The Borough of High Threadmore was a governmental borough of the Star Kingdom of Manticore, located on the planet Manticore. The bourough itself was set in the capital city of Landing. In the 1910s PD, the member of the House of Commons representing it resigned to accept a lucrative position with a Solarian banking firm. After renouncing her noble title, Catherine Montaigne was elected to replace him. (HH10)
