[Source] The Shelter Owner is an old, not so rich but still very generous, man that runs poorhouse in San Sebastian for beggars and homeless people of the district. He cares for them, cook them, gets some clothes and place to sleep. He appears during ending sequence of Blood and Wine Expansion when Geralt and Regis are looking for evindence on who was supposed to be the fifth victim of Dettlaff van der Eretein.
