"Cracked" is a Halloween episode of the live-action TV series NCIS. Co-created by Donald Bellisario as one of CBS' answers to NBC's highly popular police procedural drama TV show Law & Order (alongside their CSI franchise), NCIS (originally Naval NCIS in Season 1) is a spin-off of JAG and follows a team of fictional special agents who work for the Naval Criminal Investigative Search agency that investigates crimes involving the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. The show was further spun off of following Season 6 as NCIS: Los Angeles and again in Season 11 as NCIS: New Orleans.
