"Speed Buster" Design is the seventy-fifth trading card, and part of the Design Materials set. Only during a New Game +, it can be obtained in Speed City just prior to the third ranking match. It is a design card depicting concept art for the third ranked assassin, Speed Buster, from early in the development of No More Heroes.
