Ensign Tooch was a female Human Starfleet officer in the late 23rd century. In 2287, she was aboard the USS Enterprise-A as a transporter officer. That year, she assisted Captain Montgomery Scott in beaming aboard a Federation delegation that included Commodore José Tyler and Ambassador Robert Fox, and supervised the unauthorized transport of the Calligarian Ecma to the Enterprise.
