Terin (also translated as Turin) is an arid mountain region in northwestern Daein where Micaiah and the Daein Liberation Army achieved their first publicized victory over the Begnion Occupational Army in Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. The location of the battle was chosen by Micaiah because of the region's more predictable weather, as opposed to Izuka's suggestion to attack Talrega. It was during the battle that Fiona and the territory of Marado joined the Daein Liberation Army because of the Begnion Occupational Army's deplorable battle tactics.
