Alliance at Nefelus is an adventure that is part of the Scales of War adventure path, for 14th level characters. At the end of the adventure, characters should reach midway of 15th level. [Du165] In this adventure, the PCs are called by Amyria (last seen in the previous installment) to responce to a call for aid from the island nation of Nefelus, an isolationist magocracy under an environmentl threat. This island Nation, originally a lush tropical realm that kept itself isolated form the rest of the world, had a mysterious ice flow appear a few miles off the coast of the island and was quickly followed by a dramatic shift in unnaturally cold weather for the tropical climate.
