The Plan of The Rani is a spin-off series featuring the Fifth Doctor and his companions Adric, Nyssa, Tegan and Peri. Romana (III) makes her re-appearance in Doctor Who during this series and witnesses The Doctor's wedding. It also re-introduces Jamie and Ace, now married and living on The Citadel
