Pearl Diamond and Ruby Brooch is a treasure found in Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. It can be found in Chapter 4 - Run to Ground. After you shoot 2 goons and start your trek back up to street level, Nate shakes loose the first ladder, then you come to an area where Sully asks you to give him a boost. Go ahead and boost him up but look around for some wall pipes to climb up and after the 2nd or 3rd one you'll see that trademark shine.
