When Nesa's immune system began to fail, Neith challenged Ishta to Joma secu. Ishta won, but upon learning of the death of Mala, they went on a raid to gain a symbiote. Neith was wounded during the raid, and Nesa, who had since gone on the Tretonin, urged her to take it as well. (SG1: "Birthright")
