Milvus Velocycle is an enemy in Final Fantasy XIII. It is difficult to damage when preparing its powerful ice-based Triple Beam attack, but as this attack takes a long time to power up, it can be quickly staggered in the meantime to cancel the attack. The key to beating the Milvus Velocycle is to soften it up with Slash and Burn (COM/RAV) until its chain gauge is approximately 35-40%, then switch to Dualcasting (RAV/RAV) to quickly stagger it.
