The Trio's Lair was a house located in Sunnydale rented by Warren Mears and used by The Trio. Major events as Katrina Silber's murder and the summoning of a Glarghk Guhl Kashmas'nik demon took place there. It was presumably destroyed along with the rest of Sunnydale by following the Battle at the Hellmouth.
