The Canine Monsters are undead dogs that appear briefly in Among the Damned. The monsters appear to be skinless, with their muscles easily visible. A row of black spines runs from their heads down their backs, and they have black eyes. The creatures have unnaturally large teeth, which render them unable to completely close their mouths.
