Ross Barnes was a NCO- non-commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps responsible for poisoning James Korby with some paint-thinner, all because Barnes wanted to get Korby sent back to the United States because Korby's pranks were endangering the Marine unit that Barnes and Korby were with.
