Doctor Sagar bav Balkar was a Tellarite Starfleet science officer in the mid-24th century. In 2365, Balkar served as chief subspace physicist aboard Warlock Station, along with her husband, Rif jav Balkar, who was the commanding officer. She was widowed in late June 2365 when her husband lost his life after successfully saving the lives of all station personnel from a temporal displacement energy vortex.
