Dean Wilfred is both the founder and headmaster of the Elemento Academy. He is very strict and hates seeing the school's statue of Ignatz desecrated by unruly Baby Porings. He was apparently the dean back when Kalain and Zeras Hyperion were both students of the academy, which makes him pretty old.
