This Subway train driver was shrunk by Doctor Hiram Gulliver's Sonic Microwave Reducer when he was driving his subway Train under the Harbor City. He was too small to operate his train, and so his train was on a collision course for another train. Luckily Wonder Woman arrives at the Harbor City Subway to save the trains.
