The Pahkwa-thanh were a species of space-faring reptiles which were in contact with the United Federation of Planets by the late 24th century. The Pahkwa-thanh strongly resembled the dinosaurs of prehistoric Earth, and retained many of the eating habits of these creatures with the reliance on eating raw meat. Some members of the species are known to possess empathic abilities, most members of the species have no measurable empathic talent.
