Yves Gervais was a Federation Starfleet line and flag officer on active duty in the 23rd century. By the mid-2290s, Gervais had rose through the ranks in Starfleet Security and Starfleet Intelligence, and had served as chief in both divisions. He was secretly a member of Section 31.
