The losing middle schoolers are still climbing the cliff. They finally reach the point where they can see the summit. The high schoolers who failed to pick up a tennis ball at the beginning are seen training here. The mountain coach/drunken coach is revealed. He has no patience with the high schoolers, throws tennis balls off the cliff, and instructs them pick them all up. However, before the high schoolers even start, the middle schoolers return the tennis balls.
