Doji Gunjen was a samurai of the Crane Clan in the 8th century who married to Doji Gunjen. As part of the bridal gifts they received a pair of swords crafted by Dragon smiths, the Doji Dragon Daisho. The Dragon Clan Champion had also a hand in their making. The swords eventually passed to their children Doji Yasagawa.
