R2-AG4 was an R2-AG-series astromech droid produced by Industrial Automaton. After Industrial Automaton cancelled production of its R5-series astromech droid, R5 unit shells were used in the manufacture of the R2-AG-series. Thus, R2-AG4 appeared similar to an R5-series droid, notable for its flat head.
