Ned Norwegian was a man living in the 1800s. He was arrested by a small-town sheriff for unspecified crimes and locked up. After trying conversation with the sheriff, he decided to escape and thus managed to burn down the sheriff’s office. He escaped, and his fate is unknown. During the conversation with the Sheriff, however, Xaq temporarily gained control of his consciousness due to the shattered spacetime, and helped him escape before departing.
