Caesar, (born Milo), was the chief instigator of the ape revolution in the fourth entry in the Planet of the Apes movie series, Conquest of the Planet of the Apes, and the ruler of Ape City in the fifth and final film, Battle for the Planet of the Apes. He was born as the only child and son of Zira and Cornelius before being raised by Armando after his parents were murdered. It was Armando who renamed him Caesar. After beginning the ape revolution, he married his love interest, Lisa and became the father of their only son, Cornelius who was named after Caesar's father.
