Dr. Leonora D. Blackwell (レオノラヂブラクエル Reonora Di Burakueru?) or more affectionately known as Leo is the Doctor of the Phantom Pirates. She hails from the Island of Wine Micqueot that resides in North Blue. Despite her age, Leo is a genius with a certified Doctor's degree. She even has a membership card to the Medical Association of the Blue Sea which she keeps in her backpack. Some time ago, Leo became hunted by the Marines for refusing to use her Devil Fruit powers in order to spread a plague which has gained her the not so modest bounty of File:Bsymbol.gif40,000,000. Leo is also an old time acquaintance of the captain Di Roy from his time as a Marine and is apparently the only person he has absolute faith in, which shows just the kind of unique and respectable person she is.
