Hirata (Full name - Gisatku Hirata) is the 1st GM Superpower and one of Odin's most common disguises. Odin does not differenciate between his other disguise Leoric and Hirata as both are High Wizards. Hirata was meant to be the leading GM Superpower, however Loki had never planned to assign anyone to the role of Hirata, and instead, made Hansuke (Loki) the leading GM Superpower. Since Hirata's title should have existed, Odin was quite easily able to impersonate the character.
