Elder Wang, also known as Boss Wang, is the leader for the Shanghai branch of the Black Tiger White Dragon Alliance. He is an elderly man with combed back hair, long earlobes, a beard, and jagged teeth. It is unknown what style of Kungfu he practices, but he seems to be holding the same rank as Kensei Ma, since the fight between him an Kensei has been described as a great battle.
