Black Dart Gilur is a Dunmer commoner and member of the Black Dart Gang in The Elder Scrolls III: Tribunal. He and some of his fellow gang members can be found in the Old Mournhold: Temple Sewers West which run beneath Mournhold Temple in Mournhold. He must be killed in the quest The Black Dart Gang to avenge the death of Narisa Adus' husband who now haunts her as a ghost.
