Storm Blue is the female Autobot "persona" owned and created by an authoress of the same name. This character is used mostly in role plays, but has appeared in fanfiction form. Although her past tends to change a little depending on the curent "universe", Storm Blue has always been a youngling the age equivalent of a 16 year-old human. Her alt. mode is a highly modified version of a Zoid called the Lightning Saix and posseses the ability to generate and store large amounts of electrical energy to use as both a power source and a weapon.
