Ryuji Otogi (御（お）伽（とぎ）龍（りゅう）児（じ） Otogi Ryūji), known as Duke Devlin in the English dub of Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions, is a character in the Yu-Gi-Oh! manga. This is the original depiction Duke Devlin. As Yugi's friend, Ryuji supported Yugi and Katsuya Jonouchi in the Battle City tournament and watched Yugi face Atem in the Ceremonial Battle.
