Calculator Kid, who was, as his name suggests, a kid who had a talking, super intelligent calculator called 'Calc' which could calculate probabilities with unnerring accuracy, first appeared in IPC's Cheeky Weekly dated 1st July 1978 and later moved into the pages of Whoopee! when Cheeky Weekly folded in February 1980.
