Tweet is the supposed language used by Flickies to communicate with each other. Although other Mobians can't understand what they're saying, Tails' close link with nature means he gets a feeling for what they are saying, even if the words aren't exact. Sonic the Hedgehog initially mocked Tails for believing he understood Tweet, until a Flicky's message led to Sonic and Tails discovering Doctor Robotnik in his new base on Flickies' Island.
