These Предметы для заданийs can be obtained in one of the following ways: * Talking to a specific NPC in a certain order. * Trading resources. * A drop from a battle. They cannot be exchanged, thrown away, or destroyed. They generally weigh 0 pods although some (such as scurvion poison) weigh more. See for a list.
