Inngyrr is an Nord found at the docks of either Daggerfall, Davon's Watch and Vulkhel Guard. He is responsible for supervising the cargo and will congratulate the Vestige upon completing a crafting writ job. Inngyrr was added during Update 5, when Crafting Writs were introduced.
