It has 4 different layers: * First Layer: Evidence Case: Takes 5 hits to destroy. 3 red assassin bloons come out of it. (looks like the attorney was bringing strange evidence to court!) * Second layer: The tie. Take 10 hits to destroy. A ceramic bloon comes out of it. (Clay tie?) * Third Layer: The hair: Take 20 hits to destroy. Out comes 3 black bloons. * Body takes 3 hits to destroy. Inside are 3 Innocent Bloons. It appears on round 69. Speed: Green bloon, even though it's blue.
