Choke the Soul was a Mastery 1 maho water spell which allowed the caster to choose a single, specific condition that the target must follow. Another version of the spell choked the life out of those who heared the Maho-tsukai. The victim's gasped and wheezed somewhere between choking and laughter, and he could not take an action. It was also known as strangling laughter.
