David "Dave" Fouquette is a voice actor. He primarily voiced bit parts like various soldiers in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. His most notable role in the Metal Gear series, however, is acting as the facial motion capture actor and both the Japanese and overseas "voice" for Yevgeny Borisovitch Volgin, or rather, his alter ego, the Man on Fire, in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. Aside from the Metal Gear series, he also voiced bit roles in various cartoons and video games.
