Walden while shopping with Jake meets a British woman named Zoey and asks her out on a date. While Alan is in a deep financial problem and considers asking Walden for a loan but Berta insists he is the only person in his life that doesn't pretend to be Walden's friend for his money. Alan is forced to pawn a Steuben Crystal that Judith's parents gave him when they got married but accidentally breaks it in excitement of being offered $1200. Later in the evening Alan suggest if Walden is going to date he should lose the wedding ring and Walden gives Alan his ring. While Walden is on his date Zoey says he is still in love with his wife and rejects him. Alan tries to pawn the ring and gets offered so much money that he couldn't breathe. Alan comes home to see Walden looking at the ocean and com
