Hallal was a Faellem woman, who long ago, before the Faellem came to Santhenar was rival to Faelamor for the leadership of the Faellem. She was the sister of Ellami and the cousin of Gethren. Hallal self-immolated along with the other Faellem, upon arriving home to Tallallame.
